Uniting Church Cloncurry

The United Church celebrated 50 years in Cloncurry.
Visitors from the past came to town and enjoyed special activities showing them the new features of the towm. They went to Chinaman's Dam and watched the sunrise, had a barbecue at Mary Kathleen park and went on tour to Xstrada Mine and around the Town.
I played in a band with 3 Uniting Church Ministers..I played the organ, and The others played guitar, Clarinet and Drums. It was a great experience.

After Church they all had a picnic at Mary Kathleen Park where the Lions Club cooked steak sausages and onions served with salad. It was very pleasant sitting under the trees reminiscing and making new friends.
